Refund Policy
Education & Training Programs
All NailLift Canada education products, certifications, workshops, intensives, and online training purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Online certification programs
Level 1 and Level 2 Medical Certification
Aesthetic Certification
Hands-on workshops and intensives
Event tickets and reserved training spots
Digital educational materials and resources
Due to the digital nature of educational content, access may be granted immediately upon purchase. Once access has been provided, refunds cannot be issued.
In addition, hands-on training events and intensives involve limited-capacity scheduling, instructor time allocation, preparation, and reserved seating. Purchasing a spot removes availability for other providers and participants.
If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled in-person training event, transfer requests to a future event may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of NailLift Canada.
NailLift Braces & Clinical Products
All NailLift brace systems, refill packs, kits, and clinical products are final sale and non-refundable.
Due to the medical and hygienic nature of these products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once products have been shipped or delivered.
This policy helps ensure product integrity, safety, and compliance standards for all providers and patients.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nailliftcanada.ca with your order information and photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and, where appropriate, provide replacement products or corrective action.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for valid purchases, accessed digital education, reserved training spots, or delivered products may result in suspension of access to training materials, certifications, provider accounts, future purchasing privileges, and/or collection activity where applicable.
